7:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Strictly Enforced)
Rental Terms
Stations are rented by the day only.
Rental fees must be paid in full before access is granted.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS - no exceptions for cancellations, no-shows, or early departure.
Station use must end by 11:00 PM. Late exits may result in loss of future rental privileges.
Please Note: HairBNB offers the following amenities: 1 wash bowl, 1 mobile hair dryer, towels, microwave, fridge, and Wi-Fi.
Booking & Payment Policy:
No cash accepted.
Online payments ONLY
Payment must be received in advance to secure your station for the day.
All bookings are final. No rescheduling, transferring, or crediting days.
Station Use Guidelines:
Renters are responsible for bringing all tools, products, and supplies.
Nothing may be stored or left behind overnight.
Workstations must be cleaned and sanitized thoroughly after use.

Conduct Rules:
Maintain a clean, respectful, and professional environment at all times.
No guests, children, or unauthorized persons allowed unless they are receiving services.
No loud music, smoking, vaping, hookahs, e-cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, or any illegal activity. Return all towels, if any are used.
Health & Licensing:
Hair braiders and stylists must follow state health standards; MS does require a license for stylists.
Makeup artists must keep a clean, professional space at all times.
All renters must ensure the safety and cleanliness of their setup and clients.
Liability:
Renters are fully responsible for their own clients, services, and belongings.
HairBnB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, or any liability from services performed.
Personal liability insurance is highly recommended.
Violations:
Violations of these rules may result in immediate removal.
Repeat violations will result in permanent ban from future rentals.
Agreement Acknowledgment:
By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the above policies and terms.
